UK Finance is the British trade association for the UK banking and financial services sector. This project is a prime example of effective marketing for trade associations, showcasing how strategic campaigns can engage both industry stakeholders and the public.

The Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud Campaign was rolled out across the UK to member banks for their use, designed to guide those affected by push payment fraud through the reimbursement process. Delivered within a tight 8-week timescale, the campaign highlights the importance of targeted communication in supporting member organizations and their audiences.

Working alongside the UK Finance’s campaign team we designed and developed a suite of over 100 creative assets, including a bespoke illustrator explainer video, supporting consumer guide, comprehensive digital toolkits and supporting print items to help people be aware of push payment fraud and to guide them through the reimbursement process.
