We were delighted to be approached by the NFF to support with their general marketing needs. Working as a marketing partner for this incredible charity, we have seen significant results in engagement levels and awareness as a result of our efforts to date.
Our first area of support was a full website refresh, updating branding and brand guidelines to make the brand treatment consistent across the website and other digital channels. As part of the website refresh, we improved user experience and functionality, updated content, imagery, graphics and the site navigation to make key information more accessible.
We also updated social channels, creating branded visual assets, content that is consistent with the NFF tone of voice and clearly articulates the amazing work they do, and how they can support naval families who may not have heard of them before and realise that they qualify for support.
Providing ongoing support as an outsourced marketing department, we regularly create and deliver email campaigns, design flyers and brochures for print, refresh existing resources to ensure all information is up to date both in print and online, creating animations to showcase the key NFF services and photography and illustration to show the NFF team and how they support others.
