Introduction
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
The competition is being run by Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants 18 years of age and over. Employees and associates of Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is free to enter.
The Prize
The winning prize is £100.00 cash.
The winner’s name will be drawn at random from those who successfully completed the activity on, or within, the given timeframe.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no alternatives will be provided.
Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence about the competition will be entered into.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided, on 30th November 2023.
Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd reserves the right to randomly select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The prize will be delivered electronically to the winning participant’s bank account via Bankers’ Automated Clearing System (BACS).
Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd will request the winner’s bank account name, account number and sort code via the email on 30th November 2023. Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd will make two attempts to request the winner’s details via email.
If the winner does not return the information required within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Buzzword Creative (Southern) Ltd reserves the right to randomly select and notify a new winner.
